Parler Files Lawsuit Against Amazon for Anti-Trust Violations

At midnight this morning Parler, the conservative/MAGA alternative to Twitter, was shutdown by Amazon and all other servers for the role their users played in the Capitol Attack last week. Their CEO John Matze put out the following statement yesterday before Parler was shutdown and inaccessible by it’s users:

Today it is being reported that Parler has filed suit against Amazon for anti-trust violations in their attempt to silence the social media outlet.

In its lawsuit Parler asked a federal judge to order that the platform be reinstated online. The app is currently inaccessible both on mobile (app stores) and web versions. Currently if you had the app installed on a device it is still there, but content does not show up with this shutdown.

Once we can get official statements from all parties we will update the story.
